The Official Gazette is the official publication of the Government of the Republic of Seychelles. It is an authoritative publication of record and contains official government and commercial notifications that are required by legislation to be published. Examples of these notifications include: notices required by the Constitution, appointments to Boards, Committees and Commissions, public health notices, election notices, liquidation notices, trademark notices, commercial notices and many other important notices.
Moreover, Bills, Acts, subsidiary legislation and other important legislative information are published in the Gazette.
The Official Gazette is published online on Mondays or such other days that the Attorney General may determine. The Gazette is available online, free of charge, to any person.
